MEET BENNETT POLSTER

Precision in the Details. Clarity in the Decisions.

For more than 25 years, Bennett Polster has helped individuals and families approach retirement decisions with greater clarity, discipline, and structure.

His philosophy is straightforward:

Build the foundation first.

Understand before acting.

Make decisions designed to hold up over time.

Bennett believes many financial problems do not begin with a lack of effort or intelligence. They begin when important fundamentals are overlooked, decisions are rushed, or lifestyle moves ahead of structure.

That is where his work begins.

A CAREER BUILT AROUND RESPONSIBILITY

From Revenue Control to Retirement Income Planning

Bennett’s professional path began in revenue control at Six Flags, where he was entrusted with handling significant amounts of money and learned early that accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail matter.

He later entered the mortgage industry, helping more than 1,000 families navigate the lending process before moving into financial services. Over time, his work became increasingly focused on people approaching or entering retirement - the stage when savings must begin producing income and financial decisions can become more difficult to reverse.

Today, Bennett specializes in retirement income and decumulation planning, helping clients slow the conversation down, understand what they have in place, and identify which decisions deserve attention.

He does not begin with predictions or products.
He begins with the foundation.

A CAREER BUILT AROUND RESPONSIBILITY

The Foundation Comes First

Bennett’s approach begins with four foundational areas:

• Appropriate insurance protection

• Responsible debt management

• Sufficient emergency reserves

• Investments aligned with the individual’s needs and circumstances

Only after those areas are understood does the conversation move toward implementation.

For Bennett, good planning is not about appearing busy or reacting to every market headline. It is about creating an organized financial structure that supports real life - through changing markets, changing priorities, and the transition into retirement.

How you do one thing is how you do everything.

THE SAME STANDARD OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

Preparation Behind

the Grand Finale

Away from financial planning, Bennett is known for an unusual but revealing passion: designing and producing large, professionally organized fireworks displays.

What began as a childhood tradition with his father has grown into a carefully coordinated production involving a team, thousands of shells, mapped firing zones, music, timing, and extensive preparation.

The final display may last only a short time, but the work behind it takes days. That is what Bennett enjoys most - the planning, precision, and discipline required to make something complex appear effortless.

The strength of the finale depends on the preparation that came before it.

COMMITMENTS THAT LAST

Consistency in Life and Work

Bennett and his wife have built their life and their firm side by side for more than 25 years. Throughout their marriage, they have protected a standing weekly date night and remained intentional about the commitments they make to one another.

That consistency is not a marketing message. It is simply how Bennett lives.

Say what you mean. Keep your word. Finish what you start.

These principles were instilled in him by his parents and continue to guide his personal and professional relationships.

A HEART FOR ANIMALS OTHERS OVERLOOK

Meet Kiddo and Zoe

Bennett’s personal life also includes two memorable rescues.

Kiddo is a squirrel Bennett discovered as a baby on the ledge of an ATM. What was originally intended to be temporary care became a permanent home.

Zoe was found outside on a freezing Sunday morning. Bennett brought her home, trained her as a certified service dog, and she has since traveled across the country with him.

Their stories reveal another side of Bennett: attentive, patient, and unwilling to walk past something - or someone - that may need care.

EDUCATION WITHOUT PRESSURE

Helping People Understand Their Decisions

Bennett has spoken to audiences ranging from intimate educational gatherings to major convention crowds. Today, he regularly teaches about retirement income, tax considerations, annuities, and the transition from accumulating assets to using them for retirement.

Through his Retirement Everest events and private conversations, his goal is not simply to give people more information. It is to help them understand:

• Where they currently stand

• What may be missing or uncoordinated

• Which trade-offs deserve consideration

• What questions they should be asking

• What a deliberate next step may look like

Clients should not leave a retirement conversation feeling more confused than when they arrived.

WHO BENNETT WORKS BEST WITH

A Good Fit for Deliberate

Decision-Makers

Bennett works best with people who appreciate:

• Straightforward, adult conversations

• Fundamentals before shortcuts

• Education before implementation

• Discipline over hype

• Calm guidance without unnecessary pressure

His clients come from different professions, income levels, cultures, and stages of life. Some families have worked with him across multiple generations.

What connects them is not a particular job title or account size. It is a desire to understand their decisions and build something designed to last.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Begin With a Clearer

Conversation

You do not need to arrive with every question organized.

The first conversation is an opportunity to look clearly at where you stand, what concerns are bringing you in, and which areas may deserve a closer look.

No urgency. No obligation.

No pressure to move faster than you are ready for.
